Services · Premiere Pro workflow automation
You know your workflow. We know how to automate Premiere Pro.
We turn the repetitive parts of your Premiere Pro work into reliable, reusable tools. We usually build on Automation Agent: a robust foundation that saves development time. When another solution fits better, we use it.
You decide after every phase whether to continue.
Who this is for
Editing work that keeps coming back.
From a self-employed creator with a weekly upload to a post house with thirty editors: if the same steps come back every week, they are worth automating.
Solo editors and creators
A self-employed YouTuber or freelancer whose uploads follow the same steps every week.
Post houses and production companies
Recurring jobs across many projects, done slightly differently by every editor.
Agencies and corporate video teams
Steady output, house styles, versions and localizations that follow the same pattern.
Podcast and interview production
Hours of spoken content that need selects, rough cuts, chapters and cutdowns.
Typical candidates
“That looks like our work.”
Some of these already exist as ready-made workflows in Automation Agent. For others, we choose or build the tools that fit how you work.

- what happens today and which inputs are used
- which decisions are made along the way
- what a correct result looks like
- which exceptions matter
Premiere Pro automation expertise that works out
- what is automatable and what Premiere Pro exposes
- whether AI, scripting or tools such as computer vision help
- where Automation Agent fits and when to use another solution
- how to make the result reliable and reusable
How a project runs
Small steps, known risk.
Every project is scoped individually. We agree the scope and budget before each phase. Where feasibility is uncertain, we start with a capped prototype budget. You decide whether to continue.
- 01
Assessment
Fixed price
We look at your workflow and representative material, define what a correct result is, and identify the technical approach.
A clear picture of what is automatable and how.
- 02
Prototype sprint
Time-based, capped budget
Where feasibility is uncertain, we build a prototype within an agreed budget limit. You know your maximum risk up front.
A working prototype, or a documented answer that it is not feasible yet.
- 03
Build and rollout
Time-based, agreed sprint budgets
We build, document and roll out the workflow. Training can be live or delivered as custom videos. Work is billed for time spent at an agreed rate, with a budget for each sprint and approval before extending it.
A reliable, reusable workflow you can run yourself.
Every project starts with a short written scope: what is included and what is not. Ideas that come up along the way become a new sprint or a separately estimated extension, never a silent surprise.

AI usage and infrastructure for running the delivered workflow are not included unless agreed otherwise.
Cloud or local AI
Use the AI that fits your requirements.
Some clients must not send media or transcripts to external services. We choose cloud or local models to suit your requirements. Automation Agent supports both. We can evaluate models, test hardware requirements and validate the setup as part of a development sprint, with scope and budget agreed before we start.
You or your IT choose and manage the machines. We validate the agreed solution on them.

A few lines are enough to start: what happens today, how often and by whom, what a correct result looks like, and whether AI has to stay local. We can share a price guide and discuss the right starting point.
